Shipping Policy

At Atinssports, we are committed to getting your awesome gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on processing, delivery, and related terms.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping method to deliver your T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Mugs, Tumblers, and Tote Bags. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped from our facility.

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 | 5 - 11 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking site. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and become active in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Delays

While we provide estimated delivery timelines, Atinssports is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, inclement weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee will apply to send the order to the correct address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your local post office. If the package appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a search.
  2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the carrier's case details.

We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon confirmation of loss, arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund for the affected items.

8. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside our primary shipping zone, please note the following:

  • The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Atinssports.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination country and are not guaranteed.
  • Due to shipping restrictions, certain items in our collection may not be available for international delivery.
